Finally, the 2026-2027 NCAA Basketball season is upon us. That is good news for all of you college basketball nerds who now have something to do again at night. It is also good news for those of you who watch the games for something extra. Let’s introduce all of you to the Picks of the Day.

Every day of the 2026-2027 season, or at least every day that there are games to be played, there will be picks for every single game, picking the straight-up winners, for those of you who want to bet the moneyline. There you have it: every game picked for the first two days of the 2026-2027 NCAA Basketball Season. There are a few games to keep an eye on. We all get treated to two dynamite games out of the gate with Florida and Miami, two teams that will finish near the top of their conferences and win a lot of games.

Gonzaga and Purdue, which in any normal year would be the game of the week, but with Purdue in rebuild mode this year and Gonzaga a team I have pegged as a legitimate National Title Contender, that one may not be close.

To close out the night, let’s go to Vegas for a battle between Arizona and UCLA. The Wildcats are a top-5 team in the country and have consistently been one of the best under head coach Tommy Lloyd. UCLA has a new athletic roster and is a game to watch for a potential upset. The Bruins will be a tough out against anyone this year. Enjoy the hoops and see you guys on Tuesday.
