   1. Can the reloaded defense hold up over a tough schedule?
2. Oregon
   1. Can the Duck OL mesh quickly?
3. Georgia
   1. Can they pressure the QB consistently on defense?
4. Notre Dame
   1. How doe they replace the rushing game from last year?
5. Texas
   1. This schedule is absolutely hell. Can Arch lead this team to just 2 losses, or will they take 3-4 and miss the CFP?
6. Indiana
   1. Another year of people sleeping on IU? Can the portal additions come in and immediately click? Hoover has huge shoes to fill.
7. Miami (Fl)
   1. Last year’s runners up will have to rebuild a bit. Can Mensah replace Beck seamlessly? Can the team keep penalties under control? 112 penalties last year killed them.
8. Texas A&M
   1. Did they do enough to replace the talent they lost? Can Reed stay healthy?
9. Ole Miss
   1. Golding has Chambliss and Lacy returning. Can they escape the Kiffin drama and keep the offense rolling?
10. Oklahoma
    1. Can the O-line help Mateer stay healthy and get back to how he was pre-injury last year?
11. LSU
    1. How quickly can Kiffin get this team to be cohesive?
12. Texas Tech
    1. Is Will Hammond good enough? Can the Defense do enough to hold teams back?
13. Alabama
    1. Is the offensive line and rushing attack improved from last season?
14. BYU
    1. Are the WR’s good enough to help keep the offense flowing?
15. USC (T-14)
    1. Can the defense take a step forward and allow the offense to shine?
16. Michigan
    1. Can Underwood take a massive step forward under Whittingham? Is the depth there?
17. Washington
    1. Can the defense step up consistently against elite competition?
18. Penn State
    1. Can the ISU transfers gel with the Penn State transfers and everyone learn the system?
19. SMU
    1. Can the defensive transfers dominate the line of scrimmage?
20. Tennessee
    1. How does youth do in the SEC? Can the QB room be good enough?
21. Utah
    1. How is the defense going to do against the run? Can the O-line become a force?
22. Iowa
    1. Can they absorb all of this turnover and still be consistent?

    1. Can the pass rush become a significant plus for the Cougs?
