England reached the Semifinals after another unbelievable performance from attacking midfielder Jude Bellingham.

It was Norway who got on the board first after spending the last few minutes of the game pressuring. It was left winger Andreas Schjelderup who scored one of the best goals of the tournament, from the edge of the box, striking a ball past goalkeeper Jordan Pickford and into the top corner of the goal, off the post and in.

In first half stoppage time, Bellingham got the ball past multiple Norwegian defenders and put it in the back of the net, tying the game at 1 right before halftime.

There was no goal in the second half despite substituted wingers making great chances, and the game headed to extra time.

Just a couple of minutes into extra time, substitute Morgan Rogers fired a shot in from outside the box, it was saved, but the rebound was loose, and Bellingham tapped it in to give England the lead.

Norway couldn’t find the equalizer, not looking threatening in the Miami Stadium heat, and England moved on, and will play Argentina in the Semifinals.

Argentina got on the board in the 10th minute, when central midfielder Alexis Mac Allister headed in a ball from striker Lionel Messi.

That would be all Argentina would muster in regular time, and Switzerland would tie the game in the 67th minute with a sharp angle goal from left winger Dan Ndoye. The game would go into extra time.

Argentina did get a huge advantage just after the goal from Switzerland. Striker Breel Embolo received a second yellow card, resulting in a red card, and removing him from the game. Switzerland had to defend with 10 men in extra time.

It would take some time, but in the 112th minute, striker Julian Alvarez took advantage of the extra space and fired in a great goal from outside the box to put Argentina up 2-1. They would then add on another in the 121st minute from substitute Lautaro Martinez and take the victory.

Argentina will play England in the Semifinals, still looking to become repeat champions.
