Wednesday night saw some MAJOR shakeups occurring across the country.

Most notably, we saw several key upsets.

• Gonzaga falls to Portland! Horrible loss for the Zags who fall a solid seed line + for this one.
• BYU lost to Oklahoma State in a shootout! OKST suddenly just got extremely close to the bubble and might be in. BYU → 5/6 seed.
• Minnesota continues to make the Barn a scary place to play, beating Michigan State. MSU → 4 seed.

Alabama takes down Teas A&M in a thriller. Final score 100-97! I’ll await full updates tomorrow, but Alabama jumped up on the 5 line, possibly to the 4. A&M remains a 7.

Clemson/Stanford – add above if Clemson L

Santa Clara wins, making them the current AQ for the WCC!

Saint Mary’s takes care of business, staying steady in the tournament picture.

Iowa took care of Washington in a key Big Ten matchup.. the Hawkeyes are starting to stabilize in the field.

Utah State beat UNM by 20 at the Pit. Absolutely an extremely impressive win! USU is safely in right now, while UNM falls out.

Illinois continues to steamroll opponents, winning 84-44 against Northwester tonight! Illinois 5th overall.

Houston dispatches UCF behind a dominant defensive performance in the 1st. Houston remains a 2 seed, while UCF falls a line or so to a 7.

Louisville beats Notre Dame by 11, staying a 6.

Kentucky beats Oklahoma at Rupp 94-78. Cats stay put as a 7.

Villanova beats Seton Hall by 12. The Pirates are quickly running out of quality chances and the Big East is looking like a 3 bid league. Nova moves to a 7.

Duquesne beats George Mason. GMU must now run the table to get in, losing only in the A-10 title game.

USF beats UTSA and Tulsa beats FAU to continue both teams track atop the conference. Charlotte also falls to Wichita State and now the American is chaos!

Winthrop beats Radford by 2 at Radford in a key Big South Battle.

Providence beats Butler being 36 points from Jaylin Sellers in a 2OT thriller. This closes the book on the Bulldogs hopes for an at-large.

St. Thomas (MN) beats South Dakota State on the road to improve to 8-2 in the Summit.

East Tennessee State needs OT, but beats Furman in Johnson City. ETSU is 9-2 in SoCon play!

Liberty. 11-1 in CUSA!

South Carolina State beats MD Eastern Shore in a key MEAC matchup! SC State will be the AQ on my update Friday.

Austin Peay beats Lipscomb in Clarksville. Peay is now 10-1!

  • This is an extremely fun regional rivalry in the Big 12, and one I’m glad they play 2x a year. No tournament implications, Cincy favored by 5.5.
• Fairfield at Sacred Heart | ESPN+
  • This matchup features 6-7 MAAC teams facing off in a key matchup. SHU is favored by 1.5.
• Iona at Siena | ESPNU
  • First, I love that this game is national. Second, Siena is a really talented MAAC squad and should win this one to get their 10th MAAC win of the year.
• Merrimack at Mount St. Mary’s | ESPN+
  • Merrimack is 10-2 and looking to keep their slim lead alive in the MAAC. They’re favored by 3.5 against a feisty Mount squad.
• Saint Peters at Manhattan | ESPN+
  • Yet another high stakes MAAC matchup! Saint Peters Is 9-3 and favored by 4.5 here.
• New Haven at LIU | NEC Front Row
  • LIU should roll here, but New Haven is competitive!
• Le Moyne at Wagner | NEC Front Row
  • This is a key NEC battle. Le Moyne is favored by 2.5 here and comes in 6-4. A loss would really put them too far out of the conference race!
• UMass Lowell at NJIT | ESPN+
  • NJIT is 6-2 in the America East, but only 1.5 point home favorites. Can they keep it going tonight?
• Monmouth at Stony Brook | Flo
  • This matchup features teams fighting along the middle of the CAA. This is a key win for whoever can get it done!
• Drexel at Campbell | Flo
  • Campbell, while just 4-6 is very well coached & can make some noise. Drexel is 6-4 and looking to compete towards the top of the league. Can they get it done on the road? Campbell favored by 4.5.
• William & Mary at UNC Wilmington | 7:00, CBSSN
  • The weekly CBSSN CAA matchup never disappoints! UNCW welcomes W&M into Trask as 4.5 point favorites and 8-1 in conference!
• Elon at Hampton | 7:00
  • Another matchup in the middle of the conference with big implications!
• Mercer at Chattanooga | ESPN+
  • This has significant SoCon implications. Mercer is 7-3 and I the top tier. can they continue? They’re 5.5 point favorites.

• Omaha at North Dakota | Summit Network
  • This is a key Summit battle. ND is 7-2 and looking to keep up with other schools, however, Omaha is solid and looking to spoil that thought!
• Lindenwood at Little Rock | ESPN+
  • Monumental OVC battle. Little Rock has been a bit below expectations this year, while Lindenwood is fighting at the top of the conference. Lindenwood comes in favored by 1.5.

• Ohio State at Maryland | FS1
  • This feels like a trap. OSU cannot be looking ahead to Michigan on Sunday. The Buckeyes are one of the first teams out of the bracket right now. They’re favored by 6.5.
• Morehead State at SEMO | ESPN+
  • This is a battle of 8-4 OVC teams. Winner gets a massive leg up! SEMO favored by 8.5.

• UC Davis at UC Santa Barbara | ESPN+
  • UCSB is favored by 2.5 on the road here, in what promises to be a really fun matchup!
• Memphis at UAB | ESPN2
  • This is a battle of 5-4 American teams and will play a big role in seeding down the stretch!
• Idaho at Montana State | ESPN+
  • This matchup in the Big Sky is vital for both teams as they push to win the league! MT State is favored by 3.5.
